Being the big brother of EarScout 3D ear impression scanner, EarWizard is the robust and reliable workhorse for every day operation in large scale laboratories in the hearing aid and audio acoustic industry.

Optimized for high throughput, these scanners allow for fully automatic scanning of ear impressions at minute intervals. Two impressions can be captured simultaneously per measurement cycle (dual scan operation).

Last but not least: 3D models are exported in .stl standard format, thus enabling the free choice of modeling software.



EarWizard has been especially designed for everyday workload in earmold production laboratories, and offers outstanding speed of operation. With the ability to completely scan a pair of impressions in less than a minute EarWizard sets new standards in generative manufacturing of earmolds.Processing the measurement data until 3D mesh models in standard .stl format are ready for export takes no additional interaction by the user. Immediately after the next impression / the next pair of impressions can be inserted and scanned (pipelining).
